This page explains how to request deletion of your Qra Plus account and associated data. You may submit a deletion request via the web form below or from inside the app.
Delete via web (recommended)
- Fill the form below.
- Select your sign-in type (Google or Mobile).
- Use the same email/phone you used in Qra Plus and submit.
We’ll verify ownership and process your request.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Qra Plus → Profile → Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm your email/phone and submit.
What is deleted
- Account profile (name, email, phone), auth identifiers (Google UID / phone).
- User-generated content stored by Qra Plus under your account.
What we may retain
- Legally required records (e.g., transactional logs) for up to 90 days.
- Aggregate analytics not linked to your identity.
Identity verification
We verify ownership by requiring the request from the same email or phone used to sign in to Qra Plus. We may request additional confirmation if needed.
Processing time
Deletion is completed within 7–30 days after verification. You will receive a confirmation email once finished.
